Located on the hills of the beautiful Presidio of Monterey, this independent hotel's comprehensive renovation involved was aimed at transforming both the interior and exterior of the property.

 

Inside, we completed a full replacement of soft goods, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), carpet, and wall bases. All case goods were updated, and new furniture, fixtures, and equipment were installed in the guest rooms. We also replaced all vanities, faucets, drain systems, vanity lights, and mirrors.

 

The corridors and guest rooms were prepped and painted, including inset accent areas and accent walls, to create a fresh, modern look. Common areas such as the breakfast area, lobby, back of house, business center, and gym underwent a full paint and FF&E renovation. 

 

On the exterior, the property received a complete renovation, including pressure washing, prep work, and painting. We fabricated and installed custom railing infill panels on outdoor railings, constructed two double dumpster enclosures with concrete pads, and milled, re-paved, and re-striped two parking lots. Additionally, a landscape irrigation system was installed to maintain the newly enhanced exterior aesthetics.
