IHG Army Hotel - Main Complex Buildings

Located in Sierra Vista, Arizona, the IHG Army Hotel needed a complete overhaul of interior soft and case goods. This project consisted of a complete carpet and baseboard replacement, a complete FF&E swap, exterior paint of the buildings, new A/C units, and resurfacing the parking lot. There were a total of 4 separate buildings with 244 total rooms plus corridors and study rooms.
