Nestled in the heart of San Juan, Puerto Rico, this Holiday Inn Express renovation focused on not only enhancing guest room interiors but also upgrading public spaces.

 

We partially replaced soft goods and installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and wall bases in all guest rooms. A complete replacement of case goods was undertaken, along with the installation of new furniture, fixtures, and equipment in each guest room.

 

Window treatments were updated in both guest rooms and the lobby, providing a fresh, cohesive look. The guest rooms and accent walls were prepped and painted to create a revitalized atmosphere.

 

Additionally, new furniture was installed in the pool area, corridors, and walkways, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality throughout the property.
