Conveniently located near downtown San Antonio on Joint Base San Antonio - Ft. Sam Houston, this Holiday Inn Express renovation was aimed at modernizing and enhancing both guest rooms and public spaces. This included the complete replacement of soft goods and the installation of new luxury vinyl tile (LVT), carpets, and wall bases.

 

We partially updated the case goods and replaced key furniture items such as guest room chairs, sleeper sofas, desk chairs, mattresses, and bed frames. In the lobby, all furniture, fixtures, and equipment were replaced to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

 

Additionally, we prepped and painted the corridor inset accent areas and guest room accent walls, giving the spaces a refreshed and contemporary look.
