Situated in the heart of Southern Florida, this Sonesta renovation project revitalized both guest rooms and public spaces.

 

We began with a full replacement of soft goods, installing new luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and carpet throughout. All case goods were replaced, and new furniture, fixtures, and equipment were installed in the guest rooms.

 

Corridor walls and ceilings received a smooth skim coat (level 5 finish) and fresh paint, while guestroom accent walls, bathrooms, closets, and vanity areas were prepped and painted to enhance their appearance. New closet doors were installed and painted, adding a fresh touch to each room.

 

Common areas, including the lobby, breakfast area, back of house, business center, and public bathrooms, were prepped and painted to create a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, we replaced bathroom faucets and drain systems and installed backlit mirrors, ensuring modern functionality and a sleek, contemporary look.
