IHG Army Hotel -
Camp Parks

J Poole Group completed a partial interior renovation and exterior improvement project at Camp Parks.

 

In the interior of the hotel, we replaced flooring, added paint and texture on all corridor walls and ceilings, painted guest room accent walls. We updated bathrooms in the rooms by replacing fiberglass showers, pedestal sinks, and faucets. While onsite, we also replaced 50% of all FF&E.

On the exterior of the hotel, we made improvements including landscaping updates and a new parking lot seal coat.
